The 2026 Declaration of Independence Forever stamp marks 250 years since the founding document. Its red, white and blue design stacks the numerals of 1776 on a deep blue background. Quill-shaped numerals refer to the pens used by the signers, giving the stamp a patriotic theme for cards and correspondence.
USPS issued this stamp on July 4, 2026.
