Tulip Blossoms, issued in 2023, is a Forever stamp issue. Close-up photographs show tulip blossoms in a range of colors, filling each design with petals and a glimpse of the stem. These floral stamps suit spring greetings, wedding correspondence, thank-you cards and everyday letters.
Mailing use
Each Forever stamp has a postage value equal to the current USPS First-Class Mail domestic 1-ounce letter rate, even when rates change. One stamp covers a standard machinable domestic letter weighing up to 1 ounce. Heavier letters, nonmachinable envelopes, large envelopes and international mail require additional postage.
