Vintage Tulip, issued in 2015, is a Two Ounce stamp design. A finely drawn tulip and a small crimson heart create a vintage botanical design based on the work of naturalist Maria Sibylla Merian. This is the non-denominated Two Ounce version reissued in 2015, suited to wedding invitations and other domestic correspondence needing the 2-ounce letter rate.
Mailing use
The Two Ounce marking means each stamp retains the postage value of the current USPS First-Class Mail domestic 2-ounce letter rate, even when rates change. One stamp covers a standard machinable domestic letter weighing up to 2 ounces. Heavier letters, nonmachinable envelopes, large envelopes and international mail may require additional postage.
