Where Dreams Blossom, issued in 2014, is a Forever stamp design. A stylized bouquet of colorful flowers and curling green leaves gives this design a fresh, cheerful look. This listing is for the 2014 reissue, suitable for save-the-date notices, response cards, thank-you notes and personal letters.
Mailing use
Each Forever stamp has a postage value equal to the current USPS First-Class Mail domestic 1-ounce letter rate, even when rates change. One stamp covers a standard machinable domestic letter weighing up to 1 ounce. Heavier letters, nonmachinable envelopes, large envelopes and international mail require additional postage.
