The 1794 Compass Rose design reproduces a colorful navigational drawing made by Lucia Wadsworth at age ten. Its red, blue and yellow compass points give this circular stamp a distinctive historic detail. USPS issued this design on January 24, 2025.
Mailing use
Each Global Forever stamp covers the current USPS First-Class Mail International postage for a standard machinable 1-ounce letter to a country where the service is available. Its value follows the applicable rate even when rates change. Heavier letters and mail outside the standard letter requirements may need additional postage.
